In house cutting is taken care of by our Jwei 2131.
This incredibly versatile machine allows us to process a huge verity of materials in-house at lightning speed. Its working bed size of 2.1m x 3.2m and cutting accuracy of +/- 0.05mm allows is huge flexibility without comprising on accuracy, speed or quality.
Di bond, Acrylic, Foamex, honey combe board, foam and soft woods are just some of the materials we can produce in house.
The machine also has advanced optical readers that allow unrivalled levels of accuracy and speed when used for print finishing.

Edition boxes and Packaging
Helloblue are able to produce bespoke packaging and edition boxes in a vast variety of shapes and sizes. Our boxes are a made in house and can use a variety of card options to achieve amazing results. These products are especially suited to artists looking to send or store edition safely as well as makers looking for short runs on bespoke packaging.
Wooden Lightboxes
A great alternative to aluminium light boxes, LED wooden light boxes can be made from a variety or timber types and give a softer, more natural feel. These boxes can be made in a variety of sizes and depths, with or without hanging brackets. Combined with cut vinyl lettering or printed Lightbox films, these are a fantastic way to brighten up any space.
Stencil Making
Depending on the application and complexity of design, we use a variety of products for our stencils. These range from soft, pliable, self adhesive single use stencils to hard-wearing have duty versions designed to last and last. Contact us to discuss your stencil requirements.
